Debra Nossaman, DVM, FAVD, DAVDC
Fellow of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College
Dr. Debra Nossaman is board-certified in veterinary dentistry, a veterinary dental specialist and veterinary dentist, a Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College, a Fellow of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry and co-founder of Dallas Veterinary Dentistry & Oral Surgery, Inc. She opened her first hospital in the Phoenix, AZ area in 1987. A love for animals and a degree in Biology led Dr. Nossaman to a very fulfilling career in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Nossaman is married to Tony Nossaman. Tony is her business partner and Chief of Business Operations at Dallas Veterinary Dentistry & Oral Surgery. Dr. Nossaman is also the proud parent of two adult children, Colin and Erin, and five grandchildren, Carson, Dayton, Fallon, Tia, and Hazel. Their home is filled with pets: two dogs, Riley and CeCe; four cats, Ginnie, Harvey, Larry and Louie; and two horses named Natasha (Baby Horse) and Goya. Dressage, running (having completed several marathons), and gardening are among her many hobbies.
William Gengler, DVM, DAVDC
Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College
Dr. Bill Gengler received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and his Master of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees from the University of Missouri - Columbia. He is a Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College and has 26 years of experience in general small animal practice, and 20+ years of experience in dental specialty practice.
Dr. Gengler founded the Animal Hospital of Verona in Verona, WI in 1978 which grew into a four-doctor, AAHA-certified hospital. After leaving general practice, he held a dual appointment as Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs/Director of the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine, and as the Section Head of Dentistry and Oral Surgery in the Department of Surgical Sciences.
Dr. Gengler is a Past President of the American Veterinary Dental College (AVDC), the 2003 recipient of the Wisconsin VMA Veterinarian of the Year award, the 2006 recipient of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville Outstanding Alumnus award, the 2009 recipient of the Hill's Excellence in Dental Research and Education award, and the 2015 University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine Alumnus of the Year award. Dr. Gengler has written many publications throughout his many years in veterinary dentistry. He has made enormous contributions to the current high standard of care given by today’s veterinary dental specialists, along with the general practitioners who have trained under him.
Dr. Gengler has a son, three daughters, and nine grandchildren. He shares his home with his constant companion, Lolly, an incredibly sweet little rescue dog.
Our Support Team
Hollie Hibbard, LVT
Hollie is a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) and has worked in the veterinary field for over 15 years. She is well-rounded in her skills, having worked in general practice, cat-only practice, and emergency medicine. She has been working with the Dallas Veterinary Dentistry & Oral Surgery (DVDOS) organization for years and sets high standards for her team. In her free time, Hollie trains Spaten, a working line German Shepherd who excels at Dock Diving, Barn Hunt, and Rally. She lives with her husband, Chris, and three rescue kitties named Lottie, Greaseman, and Chumley.
Laura Homan, LVT
Laura is an LVT with over a decade of experience in the veterinary field. She brings her technical skills and attention to detail to the DVDOS team. She holds Associates degrees in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology and Applied Arts from Cedar Valley College. Laura is Fear Free Certified and is currently working on obtaining her Veterinary Technician Specialist certification in dentistry. She is a member of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America (NAVTA) and the Texas Veterinary Medical Association (TVMA). She lives with her husband, Kurt, their three Chihuahua mixes, Tinker, Olivia, and Penelope; and Trigger, their tabby cat.
Tracie Henchy, LVT
Tracie has spent 20+ years working as an LVT, with the majority of her experience coming from Tufts University and Texas A&M, as well as emergency medicine. Her training, experience, and passion for anesthesia make her a welcome and vital member of the DVDOS team! When she is not working, Tracie enjoys many outdoor activities with her four-legged kids, Abby and Cooper, and watching a good college football game together with them on her sofa.
Ashleigh Conway, LVT
Ashleigh has worked in the veterinary industry for almost a decade and has an Associates degree in Applied Science from Cedar Valley College. She also holds a degree in Behavioral Science in Psychology from Hardin Simmons and a Master's in Educational Technology from Texas A&M. When she's not working at DVDOS, Ashleigh teaches in the veterinary technician program at Cedar Valley College. She and her husband, Alan foster kittens, and kids, welcoming them into their home with their three dogs, Gigi, Ella, and Sophie; four cats, Callie, Catherine, Madelyn, and Sophia; guinea pigs Ron and Harry, and Benjamin, the rabbit. Always smiling, Ashleigh is quite competent at customer care and client education and is an outstanding technician.
Chief of Business Operations
Tony is one of the founding partners in Dallas Veterinary Dentistry & Oral Surgery with his wife, Dr. Debra Nossaman. He attended Arizona State University and his studies included Business, Quality Assurance, and Information Technology. He comes to the field of veterinary practice management after working for many years in the government and at General Dynamics as a Field Engineer in the Decision Systems Division.
In order to support our team, Tony attends many hours of continuing education each year in practice management, as well as IT. He is committed to applying the necessary tools that allow the doctors and staff to utilize cutting-edge technology while providing state-of-the-art health care for your furry friends.
Tony enjoys anything that has to do with flying airplanes; he also enjoys bowling, the outdoors, and visiting museums with his wife, Dr. Nossaman. They share a home with two dogs, CeCe and Riley; four cats, Louie, Larry, Ginnie, and Harvey, and two horses, Natasha and Goya.
Office Manager & Customer Care Specialist
Regina heads our customer service team with many years of experience in administration, corporate marketing, and human resources at Verizon, Hilton Hotels, and the International Giant Screen Theatre Association. She has worked in the veterinary industry for 10+ years, bringing her enthusiasm, love for animals, and customer care skills to our team. Regina shares her home with her husband, Tim, and, as she puts it, a neurotic Pomeranian named Wolfie. She is currently offering an open heart and home for a needy Australian shepherd (or two).
Customer Care Specialist
Michelle has worked in the veterinary industry for about seven years. Her quiet confidence helps make clients feel at ease when entrusting us with their precious pets. She lives with her husband Robert and their two children, Madison and Matthew. Her furry kids are Sully, a Goldendoodle, and Simon the cat. In her free time, Michelle enjoys being with her family, enjoying their pool, watching movies, and taking walks with Sully.
Customer Care Specialist
Traci has worked in the veterinary industry for the past 10 years in general practice and emergency medicine. For the last five years, she has been a valued member of DVDOS, helping us during our phenomenal period of growth and our move to the new hospital in Grapevine. Traci has an Associate's degree in Computer Technology and spent six years in hospitality at the Four Seasons Resort. She lives with her "best dog ever" named Sam and two energetic rescue cats, Cricket and Scout. She and Sam enjoy all things Texas!
